ADM Construction Canterbury Ltd, a Christchurch company was formed in April 2014 to combine our individual expertise and offer a full service team approach for the Canterbury Rebuild Program after Christchurch earthquakes.
The focus of ADM Construction Canterbury Ltd is undertaking construction work that meets our client’s expectations not only in terms of the quality of the final build, but also making the process easy while achieving agreed timelines.
At ADM Construction Ltd our team of 4 have a combined experience of over 50 years within the building industry covering all aspects from the initial contact right through to hand over.

Dave Kennedy has 15 years within the industry and is the Manager / Director of ADM Canterbury Ltd a decorating company within the Canterbury region.
Dave Kennedy has valuable knowledge of both external and internal decorating, including gib fixing, gib stopping and painting. ADM are main contractors in the EQR/ EQC Repair Program in Canterbury and are the largest EQR contractor in the Banks Peninsula area.
ADM with over 30 staff, have project managed and completed over 350 repairs since gaining accreditation in 2011.
ADM have been chosen to be one of the last remaining one hundred contractors left working with Fletchers and the EQC program, completing claims and repairs in both Christchurch and Banks Peninsula.
ADM have also recently finished completing work at Annandale Lodge Properties, luxury accommodation over in the Banks Peninsula.
